Oliver Krautscheid has been the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors (CEO) of TFC since July 2009.
Mr. Krautscheid has worked for more than 20 years as an executive and financial expert in international growth companies: CFO/CEO, Managing Director, Chairman of the Supervisory Board as well as Chairman of the Board (CH), Associate Director (UK) and Président du conseil (F).
He is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EPG AG and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the French SOGEMA SAS.
Until November 2021, he worked for more than eight years at the listed EASY SOFTWARE AG as sole member of the Management Board, CFO and Chairman of the Supervisory Board (www.easy-software.com).
Oliver Krautscheid founded and still manages the consulting company and investment office Value Investor Partners. Previously, he worked for large international consulting and auditing firms: Arthur Andersen & Co. GmbH (Cologne), McKinsey & Co. Inc. (Düsseldorf) as well as for KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft AG (Cologne, London and Frankfurt), where he headed the business unit “Strategic & Commercial Intelligence” as a partner in the Financial Advisory Services division until 2004.
In 2015, Mr. Krautscheid successfully completed the certified training course and examination at Deutsche Börse AG to become a “Qualified Supervisory Board Member” (to be updated in 2018 and 2021). In 2022, he qualified as a “Financial Expert” supervisory board member (Deutsche Börse AG) and completed the ESG certificate course at the Technical University of Munich in cooperation with DVFA to become a “Certified Sustainable Investment Professional”. He is a member of the Arbeitskreis deutscher Aufsichtsräte e.V. (AdAR), the Financial Experts Association e.V. (FEA) as well as the Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. (SdK) and the Deutsche Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz e.V. (DSW).
Oliver Krautscheid studied business administration at the University of Cologne (graduated as Diplomkaufmann). He previously served in the Air Force Command Staff of the Federal Ministry of Defense in Bonn.
Roger Meier

Roger Meier has been a member of TFC’s Board of Directors since September 2006 and Vice Chairman since July 2009.
Mr. Meier practices law in Zurich and was instrumental in the legal implementation of the reorganization of the old The Fantastic Corporation, as the company was then called.
In his role as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, he manages, among other things, the Swiss subsidiaries and provides corporate housekeeping for TFC.
Mr. Meier joined EMMLEGAL in 2011 as an independent attorney, having previously worked at two mid-sized law firms. In addition to his advisory work, he also conducts litigation for his clients in the areas of criminal and civil law.
Mr. Meier studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich (degree lic.iur. 1996) and was admitted to the bar by the Zurich Supreme Court in 2000.
Mr. Meier was an officer in the Swiss Air Force and currently serves as President of the License Commission of SwissVolley (since 2014), as a member of the Appeals Court of SwissCycling (since 2017) and is a member of the Zurich City Parliament (since 2023).
