L'objectif commercial \u00e9tait le d\u00e9veloppement, la commercialisation et la distribution ainsi que le support de solutions logicielles pour la transmission de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 large bande par satellite et des applications connexes dans le domaine de la technologie de l'information. \n\nTrois ans seulement apr\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation, l'entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite en bourse sur le Neuer Markt \u00e1 la bourse Francfort en Allemagne. \n\nLa TFC a repris un portefeuille de brevets \u00e0 large bande et a connu une croissance organique ainsi que des acquisitions d'entreprises et des partenariats strat\u00e9giques, notamment avec Hewlett-Packard et IBM.
