Krautscheid has worked for more than 20 years as an executive and financial expert in international growth companies: CFO\/CEO, Managing Director, Chairman of the Supervisory Board as well as Chairman of the Board (CH), Associate Director (UK) and Pr\u00e9sident du conseil (F).<\/p><p>He is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EPG AG and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the French SOGEMA SAS.<\/p><p>Until November 2021, he worked for more than eight years at the listed EASY SOFTWARE AG as sole member of the Management Board, CFO and Chairman of the Supervisory Board (www.easy-software.com).<\/p><p>Oliver Krautscheid founded and still manages the consulting company and investment office Value Investor Partners. Previously, he worked for large international consulting and auditing firms: Arthur Andersen &amp; Co. GmbH (Cologne), McKinsey &amp; Co. Inc. (D\u00fcsseldorf) as well as for KPMG Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfungsgesellschaft AG (Cologne, London and Frankfurt), where he headed the business unit &#8220;Strategic &amp; Commercial Intelligence&#8221; as a partner in the Financial Advisory Services division until 2004.<\/p><p>In 2015, Mr. Krautscheid successfully completed the certified training course and examination at Deutsche B\u00f6rse AG to become a &#8220;Qualified Supervisory Board Member&#8221; (to be updated in 2018 and 2021). In 2022, he qualified as a &#8220;Financial Expert&#8221; supervisory board member (Deutsche B\u00f6rse AG) and completed the ESG certificate course at the Technical University of Munich in cooperation with DVFA to become a &#8220;Certified Sustainable Investment Professional&#8221;. He is a member of the Arbeitskreis deutscher Aufsichtsr\u00e4te e.V. (AdAR), the Financial Experts Association e.V. (FEA) as well as the Schutzgemeinschaft der Kapitalanleger e.V. (SdK) and the Deutsche Schutzvereinigung f\u00fcr Wertpapierbesitz e.V. (DSW).<\/p><p>Oliver Krautscheid studied business administration at the University of Cologne (graduated as Diplomkaufmann).
